Sanskriti’s Charity Endeavours
September 15, 2019Sanskriti extended collaborative work on hardship in India with HCI (Healthy Climate Initiative, USA) with focus on environmental issues The focus was melting of Himalayan glaciers causing extensive floods, land erosion and loss of human habitation.
Sanskriti teamed up with HCI and Bright Ice organisations to raise public awareness for Climate Benefit Concert. During the 5 days of COP27, the concert covered worldwide artists with strong patronage keynote speakers like Santanu Moitra and Kate Walsh.
The key theme for Climate Benefit Concert was a global conservation celebration using the universal language and the power of Art to showcase the incredible solution-driven work of leading conservationists, scientists, and organizations from around the world. The concert was well attended and is now leading to field trial of the technology at Chota Sigri glacier in India.
